Unable to log in to Test Scheduling page
Are there any errors in Prometric ID, password, and CAPTCHA authentication information?
* Prometric ID and password are case sensitive.
[If you don't know your Prometric ID]
-Click here if you have trouble logging in at the bottom of the login page, then select "If you have forgotten your Prometric ID" and complete the inquiry procedure.
・Please check the email sent from Prometric when you first registered. Prometric ID and name are displayed.
[If you don't know your password]
・Click here if you have trouble logging in at the bottom of the login page, select "If you don't know your password" and complete the procedure for issuing Temporary Password.
If the problem persists, please contact Prometric Customer Service via "Contact Us".
