I can't issue a web receipt.
The following reasons may be possible:
・You are logged in to the My Page for another exam.
Please log in to your My Page from the dedicated page for each exam to check.
・You are logged in before the web receipt is issued
The online receipt will be displayed the day after the test date.
- One year has passed since the test date
The online receipt can be verified for one year from the test date. It cannot be issued after this period has expired.
*For exams booked by August 18, 2022, due to a reservation system update, the online receipt can only be viewed until March 30, 2023, even if it has been less than a year since the test date. After that date, you will not be able to view or print the receipt.
