When I applied for an account, I got the message "The email account already has a Prometric ID"
If you have created Prometric ID with the email address you entered, please prepare a different email address.
If you cancel your application for a Voucher Express account, you may not be able to reapply with the same email address. Please contact the "Exam Ticket Issuing Center."
