I forgot my Prometric ID
Please enter the following information in "ID Inquiry" to inquire about Prometric ID.
- Name to be registered (first and last name in Roman alphabet)
- Registration Password
- Registered email address
- emergency contact
If you can check Prometric Prometric information email sent to you when you first registered, your Prometric ID and name will be displayed in the body of the email.
Prometric IDs that have not been used for a certain period of time will be automatically deleted. If you do not have a corresponding ID, please acquire a new one.
