When I applied for an account, I got the message "The email account already has a Prometric ID"
If you have created a Prometric ID with the email address you entered, please provide a different email address.
If you suspend your Voucher Express account application, you may not be able to reapply with the same email address. Please contact us at "Inquiries about Examination Tickets (Voucher)".
