If you receive an email saying "Prometric Voucher Express Account Rejected" after applying for a Voucher Express account, please check the following points and apply again.
・Group addresses or free email addresses cannot be used as email addresses.
・Input is only possible in English. It does not support Japanese.
If the above does not resolve your issue, please contact us at "Inquiries regarding exam tickets (Voucher)".
