I can't issue a web receipt.
The following reasons may be possible:
- You are logged into the My Page for another exam.
Please log in to the dedicated page for the exam you took to check your results.
- Logged in before the web receipt was issued.
Your online receipt will be displayed starting the day after the exam.
- One year has passed since the exam date.
The online receipt can be viewed for one year from the exam date. It cannot be issued after this period.
If you wish to receive a receipt after the period for verifying online receipts has expired, please send a request for a receipt via the "Inquiry Form," including your Prometric ID, Exam Name, and exam month.
Please note that receipts can only be issued within the qualified invoice retention period.
