Common FAQWeb receipt cannot be issued

Possible reasons are:

・You are logged in to the My Page of another Test.
Please log in to My Page from the dedicated page for each Test and check.

- You are logged in before the web receipt issuance timing.
The web receipt will be displayed the day after exam date.

・One year has passed since the exam date
Web receipts can be confirmed for one year from the date of the exam. It cannot be issued after the confirmation period has passed.
*For Test Scheduling by August 18, 2022, due to improvements to Scheduling system, you will only be able to check your online receipt until March 30, 2023, even if it has been less than one year since the exam date. You will not be able to confirm or print anything after that.
