Common FAQIs there a cancellation fee for Scheduling? [PeopleCert]
[For credit cards]
A cancellation fee of 1,188 yen (tax included) will be charged from 29 days before exam date.
[For convenience stores/Pay-easy]
A flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged as a refund fee. In addition, a cancellation fee of 1,188 yen (tax included) will be charged from 29 days before exam date.
Please note that the payment fee incurred when paying Test Fee will not be refunded.
