Common FAQIs it possible to take the test if I am late due to public transportation delays or suspensions?
Please present the delay certificate received from public transportation (excluding taxis) or the web delay certificate at the reception desk at Test Center.
If there is a seat available on the day of your arrival Test Center, you will be able to take the test. If there are no seats available or you are unable to arrive on the day, please contact Prometric Customer Service by 6:00 pm on the next business day with the proof of delay available above.
Please note that Prometric customer service and Test Center cannot provide answers regarding the availability of seats on the day of the test, even if you call them. Please visit Test Center to confirm. Changes to exam dates may not be possible depending on the exam period and Test Center availability.
Please note that depending on the exam, we may not be able to assist you even if you contact Prometric Customer Service, or you may not be able to make a transfer.
