I was unable to take the exam due to injury or hospitalization.
If the exam is within the period in which it is possible to change or cancel the exam
Please log in to the test page for which you reserved from "Test List/Search" and complete the procedure for changing or canceling the test date (*1).
(*1) For exams that cannot be changed or canceled, please refer to "If the exam change/cancellation deadline has passed" below.
If Test change/cancellation deadline has passed
Please prepare a medical certificate proving your injury/hospitalization and contact Customer Service Center by the business day following exam date. We will make decisions based on the intentions and circumstances of Test Sponsor organization.
Please note that we ask that you submit your medical certificate within 5 business days from exam date. Additionally, please note that if the date of the certificate falls within the period during which changes or cancellations are possible for Test, we will not be able to accommodate you.
*For exams that have already been booked on the U.S. Prometric website, such as USMLE/USCMA/ISAT, please refer to the "US Prometric Website".
