Common FAQI want to change my registered name
Please use the "Inquiry Form" to enter the following information and request corrections at least two business days before exam date.
・ Prometric ID
・Registered name
・Corrected name (kanji, kana, alphabet)
Please note that we cannot accept inquiries over the phone.
