Common FAQWhen applying for an account, the message "The email account already has a Prometric ID" was displayed.
If you created Prometric ID using the email address you entered, please prepare a different email address.
If you cancel your application for a Voucher Express account, you may not be able to reapply using the same email address. Please contact the "Examination Ticket Issuance Center".
