I got an infection
If you have a disease such as an infectious disease (including the new coronavirus) that prohibits contact with others, please refrain from coming to Test Center as there is a risk of infecting other Candidate.
If the disease is discovered within the period during which the test can be changed or canceled.
"Exam list/search Please log in to the test page where you made your reservation and complete the procedures for changing or canceling the test date (*1).
(*1) For exams that cannot be changed or canceled, please refer to "If the exam change/cancellation deadline has passed" below.
If the disease is discovered after Test change/cancellation deadline has passed
Please have a medical certificate proving your illness and contact Customer Service Center by the next business day after exam date. We will make decisions based on the intentions and circumstances of Test Sponsor organization.
Please note that we ask that you submit your medical certificate within 5 business days from exam date. Additionally, please note that if the date of the certificate falls within the period during which changes or cancellations are possible for Test, we will not be able to accommodate you.
*For exams that have already been booked on the U.S. Prometric website, such as USMLE/USCMA/ISAT, please refer to the "US Prometric Website".
