Common FAQI forgot my Prometric ID
Please try the following methods.
・Go to the login screen from each exam-specific page and select "If you have forgotten your Prometric ID" from "Click here if you have trouble logging in" to complete the inquiry procedure.
-Please check the email you received from Prometric when you first registered your Prometric ID. Prometric ID and name are displayed.
