Common FAQIs there a Scheduling cancellation fee?
[For credit cards]
There are no refund fees when canceling Scheduling. The period until the refund is completed varies depending on the credit card used, so please contact your card issuer for the expected refund date.
[For convenience stores/Pay-easy]
A flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged as a refund fee. Please note that the payment fee incurred when paying Test Fee will not be refunded.
[For exam tickets (Voucher)]
There are no refund fees when canceling Scheduling. However, please note that you will not be able to make a new Scheduling with the same test ticket number until 24 hours have passed after the cancellation procedure is completed.
