I want to correct my passport information
Please submit a request to change your registration information using the "Registration Information Correction Request Form".
Please note that if there are multiple items to be modified, or if the changes are considered to be for a third party, the modifications cannot be made.

*If your registration information is incorrect, you will not be able to take the exam even if you reserve it.
*The test organizers and Prometric will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise, such as being unable to take the test or not having sufficient documents when applying for a status of residence due to incorrect registration information.
