I want to check my Prometric ID registration information
Please log in via "Confirm and Change Personal Information" to verify your information.
*If you have registered your passport or e-KTP information, nothing will be displayed in the middle name field.
*The entered MRZ will be automatically registered as First Name/Last Name.
- Everything after "<<" is registered as the First Name, and everything before "<<" is registered as the Last Name.
- If "<<" is not present, the entire entry will be registered as the First Name, and a hyphen (-) will be registered as the Last Name.
- "<" represents a space.

- MRZ：SHIKEN<TEST<TARO
Last Name：- - MRZ：SHIKEN<<TEST<TARO
Last Name：SHIKEN - MRZ: SHIKEN<TEST<<TARO
Last Name：SHIKEN TEST
If you have not yet registered your personal identification information (such as your passport or e-KTP), please check the "Notes on Changing Registration Information" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
