My scheduled exam has been cancelled
If your scheduled test is cancelled, we will reschedule your appointment within one week of the test date. Please log in to the test page and complete the procedure yourself.
●Those who wish to take the exam
"Exam List Please log in to the exam page and change your exam date and time by the end of February using the change button.
●If you wish to cancel or receive a refund
"Exam List Please log in to the exam-specific page and press the cancel button by the end of February to proceed with the procedure.
【important】
Please note that if you do not make any changes or cancellations after the deadline, you will not be able to take the exam and your exam fee will not be refunded.
If the exam in March is canceled, please complete the necessary procedures by the deadline stated in the email sent to you by customer service.
