Name, date of birth, gender, or nationality is incorrect
The deadline for submitting correction requests to customer support is 20 days before the exam date. Please check which of the following 1-4 applies to you.
1. The deadline for changing the exam date has passed.
Reservation information cannot be modified after the change deadline. You will not be able to take the exam even if you come to the venue. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Please submit the registration information correction request form the day after your currently scheduled exam date.
2. The deadline for submitting the revision request has passed (there are less than 20 days remaining until the exam date).
Please change the date of your confirmed exam reservation to at least 20 days in the future. After the exam date change is complete, please submit the "Registration Information Correction Request Form".
3. The deadline for submitting the revision request has not passed (the exam date is more than 20 days away).
Please submit your correction request using the "Registration Information Correction Request Form".
The review and processing process here will take some time. Once the corrections are complete, you will receive an email notification that your registration information has been corrected, so please do not send the same correction request multiple times.
Also, please do not attempt to change your exam date until the corrections are complete.
4. No exam reservation is made.

*If you take the exam with incorrect registration information, we will not correct or reissue your results notification.
*The exam organizers and Prometric will not be held responsible for any inability to take the exam due to incorrect registration information, or for any problems such as incomplete documentation when applying for a residence status.
*For exams with Retake Policy, please make your reservation in accordance with those regulations.
